Digital Ideas was formed because we saw a huge gap between the web development, design companies and the actual market place. Some web developers & design companies offer SEO and hosting services as an add on to the web development and don’t follow up on the sites progress after submission. Digital Ideas will monitor your sites progress and help it grow into the site it deserves to be.

Customer Care Managers (CCM) :
This role is to represent your interests in the company concerning all the non-technical questions. Your CCM will keep track of all the events concerning the project: The CCM will receive the emails you have with your Project Manager and control the fact that you receive regular update updates. I will also watch the implementation of the agreements and try to prevent various violations or conflict situations. Thus, if you need help, have questions or you simply want to know how the work on your project is going on, do not hesitate to ask your customer care manager any question you like.
We do believe you find this a good idea to have your representative in our company. The CCM’s goal is to establish effective communication between you and our PM. Should any misunderstanding arise, please contact me directly as soon as possible. I will try to solve the problems if any.
Before starting the development process our Customer Care Department will want to ask you a number of questions in order to dot all “i’s” and cross all “t’s” and to get to know each other a little bit better. we will ask you to fill out a Digital Ideas Customer Welcome Survey. Please, understand how it is important for us to get the answers to our questions.

The Project Manager will liaise with you and your CCM, designers and the Technical Team and manage all technical issues that may arise.

Our programmers have been developing web applications, eCommerce solutions and Content Management systems. Their specialties are PHP ASP.NET AND Magento frameworks as well as most common database creation solutions.
